Mark manages the administrative segment of the company. He is primarily responsible for developing the technical projects and long range projects. Development of these construction projects includes introducing clients to funding sources, qualifying projects for funding, presenting LEED options, building the design/construction team, and assisting the client with making good decisions prior to the start of a project.
Mark‘s experience enables our company to conduct building studies for clients looking to purchase building. A building study gives a client the pros and cons of a building prior to making a major purchase and gives a buyer information to make a better educated decision and negotiate a fair purchase price.
He partnered with Joe Korfant in 1997 and contributes over 35 years of technical construction expertise to the company. Mark’s background includes an education in engineering and business administration and vast experience working for several local construction companies.
Mark serves on the Historic Gateway Board, Senior Citizens Resources, Inc. Board, Parish Council at St. Rocco’s Church, and Diocesan Pastoral Council Board.
