Joe manages and coordinates all field responsibilities for our clients. Activities include estimating, purchasing, contractor bidding and relations, scheduling, and managing the construction phase of the project from the day the first shovel is in the ground.
He maintains communication with clients as the construction proceeds to the final city inspection. Joe manages the day to day construction activities of our clients with recurring projects and service orders to maintain their facilities.
Joe as an experienced carpenter, estimator, superintendent, and sales manager, founded the company as Korfant Construction in March 1994. He brings over 25 years of genuine construction experience to each project.
